Subject: SWITCHhub Stores are down
Dear SWITCHhub Customers
Our monitoring detected that the SWITCHhub stores have been down since today at 2:43pm.
This is to inform you that we are aware of the issue and we are working on resolving it.
Currently, end users cannot access to SWITCHhub store and therefore cannot request or unassign licenses.
This does not affect the ability of end users to use services they already have a license.

The upgrade to SWITCHhub 2.0 is completed earlier than expected – SWITCHhub 2.0 is now available and fully operational.

Dear SWITCHhub User
We are working on upgrading SWITCHhub production today.
Unfortunately, the e-mail announcing this was supposed to be sent on May 18th and did not go out - Our apologies!
The planned maintenance window is:
Date: Saturday, 6th June 2020
Time: 04:30 – 18:30
During the maintenance window there can be short service outages.
What are we doing?
We are upgrading the platform from version 7.12.6 to the newest version 7.12.9.
We will keep you informed about the progress.
