Dear SWITCHengines users
The control plane issues have been fixed. The system is reachable since yesterday around 6PM even though systems were not fully restored. During the night, the load the system could handle was limited. This morning around 8AM we fully restored the service and the Openstack control plane works again. You should not experience any issues anymore. Reach out to us if you still have problems to start a VM.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Best regards,
Michael
