Dear SWITCHengines users.
Since c 11:30 we have noticed degraded performance on SWITCHengines control plane Zürich. Running VMs are not impacted but creating, deleting or changing VMs is not possible within a reasonable time and some APIs are not responding. We are investigating and may need to restart some systems to restore service.
All the best,

Dear SWITCHengines users
This change does only affect SWITCHengines users that have an SWITCHengines Openshift project.
As of now, SWITCHengines OpenShift has configured TLSv1.0, v1.1 and v1.2 on its router. In order to improve the security of our Openshift cluster, we are going to disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1 by December 1, 2020. Accordingly, the cluster will only be reachable over TLSv1.2 from December.
Major web browsers such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox have already deprecated TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on March 31, 2020.
This change affects all the incoming cluster traffic. Connections from older versions than Firefox 27, Chrome 30, IE 11 on Windows 7, Edge, Opera 17, Safari 9, Android 5.0, Java 8 will not be able to establish connections anymore.
Please let us know, if you think your service will be heavily affected by this change.
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Your SWITCHengines Team
